Q. Who connects up the toilet?

A. The toilet is dropped off by us and connected up by us.

Q. What if we or our (the) contractors, friends, parties goers etc damage the toilet?

A. Terms of trade clearly state that the person(s) or business/company that signs the terms of trade are fully responsible for the product whilst in there care.

Q. What can we use to clean the toilet?

A. Any liquid disinfectant can be used, do not use AJAX or any hash abrasives.

Q. Are we required to clean the toilet?

A. Yes you are required to clean the toilet whilst using it and it must be cleaned and wiped down before we pick it up. If the product is not cleaned before we pick up we will charge a cleaning fee.

Q. Does the toilet need to sit on level ground?

A. The product needs to sit on ground as level as possible. If you are not sure please take a photo of the area and email it to us.

Q. What is the maximum distance the toilet can be from services? i.e., sewer, water and power.

A. No more than 50 meters from the  sewer as the, water 40 meters and power point 25 meters.

Q. Will the Electrical leads run on the ground?

A. In most cases we hook the power leads up off the ground but sometimes there is nothing to hook them to so they are run along the ground.

Q. Will the toilet fit at my place?

A. Please read through the specifications page about the product.

Q. How much notice is required to make a booking?

A. As much as possible, minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

Q. What if we require the toilet for a few extra days?

A. That’s fine, we don’t book the products out to anyone until we get them back.

Q. Is there a contract/ terms of trade to sign?

A. Yes, the invoice that is emailed or posted to you which must be signed, witnessed and dated by two people and emailed or posted back to us to secure your booking.

Q. How do we pay?

A. You can pay via EFT or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Credit card fees do apply. All products are paid for before they are delivered.

Q. Is a bond required?

A. In some cases we require credit card details but normally no, a bond is not required as our terms of trade allow us to recoup any monies for damages.

Q. Can we hire long or short term?

A. Yes you can hire for one day or as long as you like.

Q. Does the toilet come with towels and toiletry products?

A. We provide the toilet paper, hand soap for parties events weddings but not for long term hires.

Disabled Portable Bathroom Hire Bookings are essential and can be made via our website. If you don’t have access to the internet we can mail the application form and terms of trade to you. Upon making your booking a Tax Invoice will be issued and is due for payment before the portable access bathroom is delivered.
