In making a booking for any product from our website this indicates that you have read through our specifications, requirements, and understand what is required by yourself (our clients) in regards to delivery, set up and removal of the said product(s). This also includes any sub hired products that we use to fulfil your request.

When the delivery driver arrives on site and if the product(s) can’t be set up because of conditions that have not been met from our specifications and requirements, we will charge the delivery fee and up to 100% costs of the hire period as we could of booked that particular product out to someone else.

If you are unsure if our products can be set up at your particular property please take a photo or photos of the surrounding areas and email them to us at brad@mobilityaccessbathrooms.com.au
