Q. What if we or our (the) contractors, clients, friends etc damage the toilet?

A. Terms of trade clearly state that the person(s) or business/company that signs the terms of trade are fully responsible for the product whilst in their care.

Q. Does the toilet need to sit on level ground?

A. The product needs to sit on ground that is as level as possible. If you are not sure take a photo of the area and text or email it to us.

Q. Will the toilet fit at my place?

A. Please read through the specifications page about the product.

Q. How much notice is required to make a booking?

A. As much as possible, minimum of 48 hours.

Q. What if we require the toilet for a few extra days?

A. That’s fine, we don’t book the products out to anyone until we get them back.

Q. Is there a contract/terms of trade to sign?

A. Yes, the invoice that is emailed or posted to you must be signed, witnessed and dated by two people and sent back to us in order to secure your booking.

Q. How do we pay?

A. You can pay via EFT, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by cash at our office. Credit Card fees apply. All of our hire services are paid for before they are delivered.

Q. Is a bond required?

A. In some cases we require credit card details but normally no, a bond is not required as our terms of trade allow us to recoup any damage costs.

Q. Can we hire long or short term?

A. Yes you can hire for one day or as long as you like.

Q. Does the toilet come with towels and toiletry products?

A. The toilet comes with toilet paper, hand soap and a bin for events only. Not for any renovations.

Q. What is NDIS?

Accessible Bathroom Hire Bookings

Accessible Bathroom Hire Bookings are essential and can be made via our website. If you don’t have access to the internet we can mail the application form and terms of trade to you. Upon making your booking a Tax Invoice will be issued and is due for payment before the portable access bathroom is delivered.
