Delivery / Pick up Times:

Delivery times are from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We normally give estimated times for deliveries but sometimes due to traffic or other deliveries or pick ups this can change. Weekend deliveries can be arranged (but may incur a higher delivery fee). Someone must be home all day unless otherwise organised.

Delivery Distances

We are based in Prestons in Sydney’s South West. Due to Sydney’s growing population and traffic we now have to charge a little extra for longer distances. Our standard delivery range is 30 kilometers from our factory. Once outside that 30 kilometer area we charge $55.00 for each 10 kilometers thereafter. Out of Sydney deliveries are possible and prices are P.O.A.

Upon Delivery:

Upon delivery we will inspect the area and set up the product as close to the desired area as possible. If you, our client is not at home when delivery occurs then the product may not be installed. Please advise us if you can’t be home so we can make suitable arrangements.
